RESERVATIONS

Reservations for City Shelters and VFW Hall

To reserve the VFW Hall or a park shelter, please email Tamie or Janie (click to email below). We no longer use the reservation system we previously used, so you must contact us to reserve.
All reservations are first come, first serve.

Shelters and tables:
Main Shelter (by playground) and North Shelter.
The shelters and tables are cleaned prior to the Independence Day Celebration by volunteers. Volunteers willing of their time also will occasionally clean throughout the year. Your efforts in keeping them presentable for the next group, including trash (blue containers by the parking area) are very valuable to our efforts. We truly thank you for your efforts in keeping our shelters and parks clean!

Park tables can also be reserved for use off premises. We do ask that those are returned within 24 hours and that you book them out for the entire time you plan to have them out of the park. It is preferred for you to take tables from the North shelter before taking tables from the Main shelter.

Randolph City Hall / VFW Hall:
There is a $50 fee for use of the Hall. Alcohol requires a $100 deposit. You must coordinate with Tamie or Janie (email below) to get the key. You are required to sweep, mop if necessary, take all trash out, and return the tables/chairs as you found them. Please leave the building better than you found it. Again, you will need to coordinate with Tamie or Janie by returning the key after your event (at which time your alcohol deposit would be returned after inspection of the building).
